History, Operation
Founded in February 2013, further to the decision of Bryan Garnier & Co to review its business perimeter. Lyft is a Tied Agent / Appointed Representative of Bryan Garnier & Co, which is a status regulated under the MIF Directive and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2011. That allows Lyft to work under the responsibility and supervision of Bryan Garnier & Co.
